Canton HackTrail is a global hackathon series that invites developers and founders everywhere to build real products on Canton Network. Every stop takes place in a different country; the first stop is Istanbul.

Yes. Taking part in Canton HackTrail is completely free.
Stop 01 is open to anyone aged 18 or over who lives in Türkiye or is a citizen of the Republic of Türkiye. You can take part solo or in a team of up to five people, which you form yourself.
Open the application form →No. The Developer Hub takes you step by step from zero to a working Daml contract. Official documentation, Quickstart, SDKs and Canton-compatible AI tools are there too.
Canton developer resources →Go to the Developer Hub →Applications run from 15 October to 4 November 2026. Building takes place online over three weeks, from 5 to 25 November. Jury review ends on 30 November, finalists are announced on 2 December and the live final takes place in Istanbul on 12 December 2026.
See the calendar →Every project is scored by at least three judges against criteria published in advance, and the results are public. Category winners receive cash prizes, sponsors give special awards, and strong projects are guided towards the Canton Foundation grant program; the prize pool will be announced soon.
Rules and scoring →No. Projects running on LocalNet or DevNet are also eligible. Loop Wallet is the official HackTrail wallet.
